Petrol Interceptor Tanks, Wash Tank & Silt Traps for Car Wash Systems
The new standard for separator systems en858 part 2 (volume of sludge traps ) requires that hand car wash applications including single jet wash systems must have a trap or separator capable of storing a minimum 600 litres.
Our Washceptor range detailed at foot of the page features a range of traps and separators from 1000 litres to 18000 litres the range has been designed to comply with the new European standard 858 part 2 for sludge and silt retention from this type of application. The base ST range ST1 and 2 are used mainly in jet wash applications where the minimum capacity needs to be 600 litres. For brush wash applications the new European standard requires a minimum of 5000 litres which we recommend our W1S60 single stage unit which can be supplied with either open grate or fixed cover.
