The new standard for separator systems en858 part 2 (volume of sludge traps ) requires that hand car wash applications including single jet wash systems must have a trap or separator capable of storing a minimum 600 litres.
All of our car wash trap/separators have the option of a silt/oil filter on the outlet. They are also supplied with an optional 110mm inlet connection that can be connected to an existing drainage run.
Our range of trap/separators are normally installed with an open grating that has no inlet connection, this allows the polluted wash to enter through the grate and draining into the trap/separator. The trap/separator is normally installed at the head of the drainage run.
