DESIGN
We work closely with major design houses in particular RCID based at Newcastle University. Who are leaders in engineering design and development. We have already won awards for our products. Most recently our Storm Pod Sustainable Drainage System was nominated for a leading innovation award from One North East and the DTI. This is before we even launch the product. All of our products undergo stringent prototyping and testing before they reach the market. For instance the Storm Pod mentioned above has been over 2 years in development
MANUFACTURE
From our new purpose built headquarters in Sunderland we manufacture and supply an extensive range of systems. Our ranges are both innovative and extremely well designed to optimise performance. All manufactured from High Density Polyethelene or Polypropelene they are extremely robust but relatively lightweight.
KNOWLEDGE
In dealing with H2O you can be assured of the highest of level of industry knowledge with up to the minute information on legislation.
ACCREDITATION
Our designs and products are already used by many leading manufacturers and suppliers within the construction and water industry. Our Modulus Sewage Treatment Plant and Retro septic treatment upgrade system design are already widely used and accepted in the construction industry and we have several major strategic partnerships in place with market leading companies. Our Aquarius rainwater harvesting systems are sold into the market under different brand names by several major companies and our Grease Treatment Systems are again widely distributed throughout the Fast Food and Catering Supply Industry.
We are members of the UKRHA the UK Rainwater Harvesting Association and an Associate member of British Water.

SUPPORT
As already stated we strive to give up to the minute advise on any changes in European and British Standards or Legislation that may effect the future specification or design of our products. We have extensive knowledge and a wealth of industry experience, which is supported by our relationships with some of the UK's and Europes leading product design facilities. We offer design support on all of our ranges and if required can facilitate both installation and maintenance programmes on specific products using only fully accredited installers and engineers.
INSTALLATION & SERVICING PARTNERS
With our Modulus, Aquarius and Grease Treatment range we can provide a total turnkey package of supply, installation and service.
All of our installation or service partners have a wealth of experience in the industry and installers of our Modulus Treatment Systems must have a British Water Installer and Service Engineer certification. We have a audit system in place which ensures the quality of the overall service delivered by our installation partners. This audit system is also applied to our Aquarius Rainwater Harvesting installers. They have to be a member of UKRHA (United Kingdom Rainwater Harvesting Association) and have at least 3 years proven experience in installing Rainwater Harvesting systems.
We continue to form strategic partnerships with professional installers and service engineers throughout the U.K. and are on target to have an installation agent/ partner in every county of the U.K. plus full coverage in Eire by 2009.
