Modulus Treatment Plant producing some excellent discharge result
|
Modulus Treatment Plant in action
Our Modulus Treatment plant range is continuing to produce exceptional results. Group Chairman Damone Armstrong states “ As well as the positive results we are achieving from our ongoing testing at the Cerib testing facilty in France which will eventually give our modulus a prestigious CE mark, we have set up an national sampling regime in the UK for ongoing sampling of our Modulus Plants. We have randomly identified an extensive range of installed plants with a range of loadings from 1,200 litres per day to 10,000 litres per day. All the plants must have been installed for at least 3 months to give the necessary effective working result. On the whole with the exception of some rogue installations that have been installed in combined sewer situations the feedback and results have proven extremely positive. The average BOD levels are over 95% ILE with suspended solids at less than 25mg/l and Nitrogen at around 12mg/l which is well below the UK and European discharge requirements. These results gave us the positive springboard to launch a further range of Modulus Plants to 20,000 litres per day loading. To date this year we had exceeded our forecasted sales for the year by August and we are delighted with our growing Modulus Distributor network. We are totally committed to our sampling regime and will continue this throughout each year to keep on top of our results, so as we can provide our clients with the best of products. Sales forecast for next year exceed 1,000 units including new distributors in Ireland and mainland Europe”. We estimate this will give us 10% of the UK market. As well as the standard Modulus plant we are also seeing quite a growth in sales of our Retro Upgrade System”.

Modulus Sewage Treatment Range Expands
|
We have recently increased our ever popular Modulus Sewage Treatment Range to include two larger plants that will allow us to design schemes at the higher end of the treatment scale. At a significant max loading of 2000 litres per day we can now design treatment systems for significantly larger projects.
Both the M7 and M8 plants are manufactured from high strength hdpe and are extremely robust as the rest of the Modulus range. They can be installed in specific dry ground conditions with a minimum 300mm pea gravel surround unlike most other plants that need a complete concrete surround.

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
|
New Aquarius Rainwater Harvesting Systems.
With Aquarius we have designed the system with 3P Technik who are the worlds leading supplier of rainwater harvesting Equipment.
Damone Armstrong H20 Group Managing Director stated that “Being manufacturers of our own range British built HDPE tanks and teaming this up with 3P allows us to provide a Rainwater Harvesting System of the Highest Quality which is manufactured in the U.K. For too long our market has been dominated by German and Western European Systems and we want to offer the U.K. market a British built system. The U.K. market needed an option of a high Quality HDPE one piece tank and rainwater harvesting system that can be supplied at very competitive prices and with our Aquarius System we believe we have achieved this. With the strength of the Euro at present we can offer significant savings on our Rainwater Harvesting Systems and indeed unfitted tanks. Since its launch on our new website only two weeks ago we have had a massive amount of interest and our aim is to become a market leader in this field next 3 years. The market for sustainable systems like Rainwater Harvesting is still very much on the increase in the UK.. Even though the current, so called credit crunch has dramatically effected house building which supported most of the growth in Rainwater Harvesting in the last few years. We believe we will see a huge growth particularly in the retrofit Garden and Commercial Rainwater Harvesting Systems. In speaking to other members of the UK Rainwater Harvesting Association the thinking is most U.K. properties will have some form of Rainwater Harvesting System installed by 2015. This is already the case in Germany”
H20 have just become members of UKRHA the UK Rainwater Harvesting Association. Alan Law H20 Divisional Manager stated that “Becoming a member of this Association gives us the opportunity to develop the UK market with UK systems. Having personally worked for and with German Companies for many years they have been way ahead of the UK manufacturers . Their market place is extremely well developed and we can and have a lot to learn from them. However it is our hope that we can greatly support the insurgence of UK Rainwater Harvesting Systems in what we see as a significant growth market. At H20 we are strategically placed to develop this market in all areas from basic garden systems to large commercial schemes and we relish the challenge ahead”

Rain or shine, the answer to climate change can be found on your roof
Rodney and Diana Lord are not classic eco-warriors. They live in the middle of a sea of Victorian semis in southeast London. They wear loafers and smartly pressed shirts. And while they know they really should use energy-saving light bulbs, they just “haven’t got around to it”.
